Flaco has been an essential member of the Senior By Design team for the past four years, helping keep the day-to-day operations of the warehouse running smoothly. His hands-on approach, high energy, and positive attitude make him a valuable part of both the warehouse and installation teams. Always looking for a better, more efficient way to get the job done, Flaco brings a solutions-focused mindset to everything he does. Whether he’s working behind the scenes at the warehouse or helping bring a project together on an install, he is someone the team can count on to jump in, work hard, and keep things moving, always with a smile. Outside of work, Flaco enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and making memories with his dog, Nina.
