The Team

Chief Operating Officer Glenn Segler brings a commitment to teamwork, efficiency, and communication to Senior By Design. Before joining SBD in 2015, Glenn worked in the medical device industry and at GE, Citi, and Tenet, where he developed his skills in overseeing operations and streamlining workflow. In addition to improving efficiency and communication, Glenn works to maintain a family-like atmosphere at SBD. He balances his “obsession with structure” with a love for skiing, happy hours, and laughing, sometimes at his own expense.
