Glenn Segler serves as COO at SBD, where he leads the firm's operations, strategic growth, and day-to-day execution. Since joining SBD in 2015, he has helped build the company into one of the nation's leading senior living interior design firms by creating efficient processes, strengthening communication, and fostering a collaborative, client-focused culture. Prior to SBD, Glenn held leadership roles with GE, Citi, Tenet Healthcare, and the medical device industry, where he developed a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement. Known for his attention to detail and "obsession with structure," Glenn is equally committed to maintaining a workplace that feels like family. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, happy hours with friends, and never takes himself too seriously.
