Rachel Rush is the Warehouse & Logistics Manager at Senior By Design, where she oversees warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics to keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish. With a background in operations leadership, process improvement, and supply chain management, Rachel enjoys building organized systems that make work easier for both her team and clients. She believes the best operations are built on communication, accountability, and a willingness to continually improve. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring nature, listening to music, and spending time with her American Pocket Bully, Ares, who is convinced he’s the true manager of everything.
